My name's Connor and I've recently moved down to Tassie to chase the dream of working for myself and providing the best pies to a state full of foodies! My wife and I moved down to be closer to family since introducing our baby daughter to the world. 

I'm so excited to share with you my new business, Empiere Eats! We're a food truck located along the northwest coast of TAS, serving up some of the best food around. From locally sourced ingredients to our own unique recipes, we guarantee you'll love the delicious meals we serve. Our menu features a variety of baked goods, including Pies, sausage rolls, and pinwheels, each made with the highest quality ingredients. 

We also offer catering services for special events. We're dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience for our customers, and we're always open to feedback.
